1. Express Shipping (DDU - Best for Speed)

  • Carriers: FedEx / UPS / DHL Priority.

  • Timeframe: 5–7 Business Days.

  • Customs Duties: Not Included. You are responsible for any local import taxes upon arrival.

  • Tracking: Real-time, door-to-door tracking updates.

2. Standard Shipping (DDP—Best Value)

  • Carriers: FedEx / UPS / DHL Standard.

  • Timeframe: 8–12 Business Days.

  • Customs & Fees: ALL INCLUSIVE. We handle the U.S. import duties and fees for you—no surprise charges.

  • Tracking: Tracking becomes active approximately 1 week after dispatch, once the parcel clears U.S. Customs.

3. Economy Shipping (DDP - Small Parcels)

  • Carriers: USPS (final mile delivery).

  • Timeframe: 10–12 Business Days.

  • Customs & Fees: ALL INCLUSIVE. Ideal for sample orders or small boutique restocks.

  • Tracking: Tracking link updates once the parcel is processed through our California regional sorting facility.
